Full council record
Purpose

The funding requested forms part of the
council’s three year Regenerative Council programme which
enters its final year from April 1 2024 to March 31 2025.
Therefore, a request for one-off STF draw down is required to
complete the funding requirement and continuity of support and
expertise whilst at the same time continuing to deliver services
and
BAU with minimal disruption. Significant progress has been made in
the key areas of communications including primary platforms and
associated communications work. This requires
the assigned funding to be accessed. This would allow staff
resourcing at its current level to complete the project given new
and developing areas of work identified as part of the
programme.
The roles are temporary and recommended to be extended as there is
no current capacity within the service establishment.
The communications and engagement service has an approved
allocation of £72k. This request is also to cover the
shortfall required to cover the costs for 2024/25 from
STF

Content
