Purpose

Officer Decision Record (ODR) 23241012
previously approved the establishment of a Social Emotional and
Mental Health (SEMH) hub on the site of The McAuley Catholic High
School and
for the Hub to be operated by Nexus Academy Trust through a Service
Level Agreement.
The Hub will operate through a newly sited Modular Building on land
not owned or leased to the academy by the City of Doncaster Council
and is therefore not subject to any provisions allowed by a normal
125 year lease which is common across the majority of academies in
Doncaster. A separate arrangement is therefore required.
The McAuley Catholic High School has agreed to receive the modular
building as a gift which it will permit Nexus Multi Academy Trust
to use subject to the terms of a Deed of Gift.
