Purpose

To agree the increase for current providers on
the White Rose regional framework. This
increase has been agreed via the White rose consortium and is
supported by the City of Doncaster Council. The consortium has
agreed an increase for providers on the White Rose Independent
Fostering Agencies (IFA) Electronic Marketplace framework.
The Provider may in assessing their need for an annual,
inflationary, fee request considers information derived from
several sources such as CPIH annual rate, but always must pay due
heed to working in partnership with the Purchaser to attain value
for money and to achieve efficiency improvements. Any request must
be fully justified by the submission of a business case.
This price increase has been agreed by the consortium as there is a
cap within the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. Further
breakdown of the costings can be provided should this
be required.
