Purpose

To agree the increase for current providers on
the White Rose Residential regional framework.
This increase has been agreed via the White rose consortium and is
supported by the City of Doncaster Council. The consortium has
agreed an increases for providers on the White Rose Residential
framework.
The Provider may in assessing their need for an annual,
inflationary, fee request consider information derived from a
number of sources such as CPIH annual rate, but at all times must
pay due heed to working in partnership with the Purchaser to attain
value for money and to achieve efficiency improvements. Any request
must be fully justified by the submission of a business
case.
