Purpose

To agree the increase for current providers on
the White Rose SEND regional framework. This increase has been
agreed via the White rose consortium and is supported by the City
of Doncaster Council. The consortium has agreed an increase of for
providers on the White
Rose SEND EMP framework for the period of 1st July 2023 to 30th
June 2024. This increase is the capped increase as agreed through
the current contract.
The Provider may in assessing their need for an annual,
inflationary, fee request consider information derived from a
number of sources such as RPI/Teachers Pay award, but at all times
must pay due heed to working in partnership with the Purchaser to
attain value for money and to achieve efficiency
improvements.
