Content

1) To authorise a Deed of Variation of the
Walkways Agreement between Doncaster Borough Council (1) and
Frenchgate (Nominee 1) Limited and Frenchgate (Nominee2) Limited
(2) (owners) dated the 7
th September 2007, to vary the times when the walkway through the
Frenchgate Centre may be used.

2) To authorise a Deed of Variation of the Lease between Doncaster
Borough Council (1) and (2) Frenchgate General Partner Limited
dated the 7th September 2007, to vary the times when the walkway
through the Frenchgate Centre may be used.

3) To authorise a Deed of release of the civil agreement between
(1) The Arndale Property Trust Limited and the (2) Alderman and
Burgesses of the County Borough of Doncaster
(Owners) dated the 19th March 1974.
