At its meeting on August 2023, Cabinet agreed
to extend the current management agreement between City of
Doncaster Council (CDC) and its Arm’s Length Management
Organisation (ALMO), St Leger Homes of Doncaster for a period of
five years commencing on 1st April 2024 and ending on 31st March
2029, subject to a break clause at 31st March 2027.
Cabinet delegated authority to the Director of Place, in
consultation with the Chief Finance Officer, and the Portfolio
Holder for Housing
