Content

1. Accept £100,000 funding from
Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH)
to fund the Mental Health Community Connectors project for 2024 as
part of the Mental Health Community Transformation Programme and
enter into a new grant
agreement with Doncaster Mind in order to continue the
project.

2. To award grant funding to the successful hosts for the Community
Connectors in the sum of £90000.

3. Accept fees for Internal Management cost of fee
£10,000
