In line with the delegated authority provided
by Cabinet on 14th December 2022:
To approve the use of the UKSPF Year 3 for the Doncaster projects
set out below, subject to the UKSPF Year 3 Programme Plan being
approved by the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority
(SYMCA).

To submit UKSPF Year 3 Programme Plan, to SYMCA, which will include
the projects to be funded for 2024/25.

The ODR outlines the UKSPF Programme plan detailing how the
£5,466,013 will be spent, of which £4,326,601 is
revenue and £1,139,412 is capital. Doncaster will also
receive £114,551.64
to be put towards the Accountable Body Function, for the People and
Skills Strand 3 –Progression in Employment, on behalf of
SYMCA. This amount is being taken from the 4% that SYMCA top sliced
to be used for management costs.

To approve the use of the Rural England Prosperity Fund Year 2 for
the Doncaster projects set out below, subject to the Rural England
Prosperity Fund Year 2 Programme Plan being approved by the South
Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA).

To submit the Rural England Prosperity Fund Year 2 Programme Plan
to SYMCA which will include the project to be funded for 2024/25
seeking 100% capital spend of £380,584

To approve the delivery of projects as set out in this officer
decision record.
