To implement the following variations to the
contract for Public Health Nursing for 0 to 5 years olds and
Smoking in Pregnancy services provided by Rotherham Doncaster and
South Humber
NHS Foundation Trust:

• Perinatal mental health posts
o 2 x designated Health Visitors - Combined funding for the two
posts is £106,080
per year
o 2 x EPIEW - Combined funding for the two posts is £86,140
per year
o 1 x Clinical lead (0.8WTE) – no funding required
• Stronger Families Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
-£50,000 per year
• Children’s Multi - Agency Access Point
(“MAAP”) Health Liaison Service -£50,000
per
year
• Amendments to contract performance monitoring requirements
– No funding attached
