It is a statutory requirement for the Health
and Wellbeing board to publish a PNA every three years and, to
remain compliant with the Pharmacy regulations (2013/14) the work
needs to start within 12 months of the refresh to be able to
complete the work and publish the 2025-2028 PNA by 1st October
2025.

Due to team capacity, it has been agreed to undertake a procurement
exercise to secure a supplier to produce the refresh of
Pharmaceutical needs assessment (PNA) on behalf of the Doncaster
Health and Wellbeing Board in conjunction with key stakeholders.
The budget threshold allocated was £40k with a contract for a
period of 12 months to complete the work in conjunction with the
Public Health team and reporting to the Health and Wellbeing board
for the final draft.

A successful evaluation process was undertaken in October 2024 and
a successful award of XXXXXXX will be awarded to the successful
supplier with a view to mobilisation of the contract from November
2024 ending 1st December 2025.
