Content

To seek approval to tender and award a
contract following a quotation exercise for a Mental Health
Supported Accommodation Service located at Morley Road,
Doncaster.

The maximum annual value of the contract will be XXXXXX for year
one and will be procured for a 12-month period with the option to
extend for a further 12-month period. Should the extension period
be utilised, the whole life maximum contract value will be XXXXXX
(which includes an increase in year 2 should the Council decide to
apply an inflationary increase).
