To recruit to the following position:
Development Manager Grade 9 (subject to Job evaluation) - A fixed
term role (secondment) for 5 days per week responsible for
operational management and interoperability across the
Education
and Skills services and liaison with wider partnership, including
schools, to support statutory responsibilities and multi-agency
response to services. Improve communications with schools and
be a key contact for queries and concerns and support wider
relationship management.

Funding for this role will be sourced from the CYPF LSE
Budget.

Alternative options considered

No alternatives considered. This role is
necessary to enable compliance with of statutory requirements and
to further our Education and Skills 2030 priorities at pace. If
rejected, LA Statutory Functions for maintained schools may be
affected and capacity to deliver at pace compromised.
