Northern Area Planning Committee

Within their respective geographical areas, each Area Planning Committee determines any application and /or any enforcement issue relating to town and country planning, rights of way and highway matters. The committee considers all planning applications which fall outside the remit of the Strategic Planning Committee and are not delegated to officers for determination.
