This Notice will enable Titan Property Developments safe access to install mains water pipe in the highway.

Reasons for the decision

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
