Planning Applications Committee

This Committee considers all planning applications not dealt with by Planning Officers under their delegated powers.  The Committee also receives reports back from the Reporter in relation to any appeals against decisions made by the Committee or Officers on any planning applications.   A full list of the powers delegated to this committee can be found in the Council's Scheme of Administration and Delegation to Committees
