Purpose

This report presents recommendations regarding
the ongoing provision of adults’ social care in-house day
opportunities. It includes feedback from a recent engagement
exercise and provides the rationale for the preferred options. The
recommendations are aimed at transforming day opportunities to
offer residents greater choice and control, from locations that are
closer to home and that better meet the needs and aspirations of
people who use services, while continuing to support carers and
families.
