Purpose

The
council’s current contract for cash receipting, e-payment and
income management system (CivicaPay)
with Civica UK Ltd expires in February
2025. This report seeks approval to go out to market for a cash
receipting, e-payment and income management system to allow
continuity in service when the current contract expires.
