To approve the award to Greener Ealing Ltd of
the Graffiti and Flypost removal services throughout the borough
under the Teckal Exemption and by adding the Services to the GEL
Contract by way of a contract variation, for a for a period of two
(2) years, commencing on June 6th, 2023.

There is an annual budget of £160,000, and the total value of
the contract over the 2-year period will be £320,000. The
spend is part of the Streets and Direct Services budget
(CC101817).

To provide a letter of intent to Greener Ealing Limited, prior to
contract commencement on 6th June 2023 up to a value of £60k
to purchase vehicles and incur mobilisation costs.
