To directly award a contract to Allies and
Morrison LLP for the provision of consultancy services with regards
to Character and Design services. The total value of the contract
is £47,493 excl. VAT. The substantive part of this contract
has a value of £42,543 and covers the assessment of 20 sites.
The remaining £4,950 excl. VAT will be used to assess further
sites as necessary that emerge through the local plan process (at
set prices per additional site), and provide expert consultancy
advice, directly from Allies and Morrison LLP during the remaining
part of the local plan process as set out in the contract. The
entire contract will run from June 2023 until March 2025, with the
substantive part of the work being completed in October 2023. This
will include interim site capacity estimates for all sites in the
study being produced in June 2023 to feed into the local plan site
capacity work and development of the Reg 19 local plan. Allies and
Morrison LLP will enter into a contract with Ealing Council based
on the Council’s standard terms and conditions for the
appointment of consultants.
