Ealing Council (Landlord) will serve a Section
146 Notice on the Tenant seeking immediate forfeiture of the Lease
due to breach of the lease terms. Breaches include failure to
provide access to the Landlord’s representatives to conduct
EPC certification and for the failure to ensure that the premises
are fully compliant with Statutory Health and Safety regulations.
To obtain relief from forfeiture, the tenant must make an
application to the court proving that they have remedied the
breaches. A plan of the premises is detailed within Appendix 1 -
Plan 71 Shadwell Drive.
