This report seeks approval for (re)listing the Hanwell Community Centre and the
surrounding open space known as Cuckoo Park, Westcott Crescent, Hanwell W7
1PD as an Asset of Community Value following nomination submitted by the Hanwell
Community Centre Consortium Ltd (HCCC) in May 2022 (please see Appendix 1-
HCCC Nomination Form plus Appendix 2 – Misc Supporting Information, Appendix 3 – Site Plan, Appendix 4 – Cuckoo Park Village Green Registration).
The nomination has been made in line with Part 5 Chapter 3 of the Localism Act
2011 (The Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations 2012).
