ICMD - Ealing's Economy after 6pm Strategy 2024-29

Purpose

To obtain approval
to go out to consultation on the draft strategy for Ealing’s
Economy after 6pm 2024 - 2029, that:
 

(a) provides a plan to make Ealing a more prosperous and inclusive
place to live, work, visit and run a business after 6pm.

(b) focuses on a collaborative approach to
capitalise on potential future opportunities and address current
and future economic challenges facing the borough.

(c) will form the evidence base for a review of
Ealing Council’s current Licensing Policy due to be adopted
in July 2025.
 
Following consultation, a final
proposed strategy to replace the Ealing
Night Time Economy Strategy (2018 – 2022) will be considered for approval by
Cabinet.
