In exercise of the powers conferred by the
School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012 and
after carrying out such consultations as are required to be carried
out under these regulations, the Council of the London Borough of
Ealing hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Community School (Instrument of
Government) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 17th April
2024.

2. The instrument of government for this community school
maintained by the London Borough of Ealing shall be that set out in
the attached instrument comprising one page.

3. The said instrument shall have effect in substituting for the
instrument of government for the said school in force immediately
before the coming into force of this Order and the existing Order
is hereby revoked.
