Urgent Decision taken pursuant to Part Three, Section B Access to Information Standing Orders, No 49. ‘Special Urgency’

Decision

To authorise the Director of Regulation and Enforcement, Natalie Meagher, in consultation with EHDC’s Planning Policy, Procurement and Legal teams, to award and sign a contract with the successful bidder for a transport assessment in support of the emerging Local Plan.
