Purpose

To approve the Final Business Case for The Foundry project and award a capital grant of up to £2,000,000 to The Derby Academy (City Road) Limited through the EMCCA Capital Investment Fund, subject to completion of the outstanding financial due diligence and execution of a Grant Funding Agreement.
