The Portfolio Holder for Community Care is responsible for:   ·           Health matters and liaison with CCGs and relevant bodies ·           Voluntary Sector liaison and support ·           Services for older people (Dementia Services, Meals on Wheels, Community Transport, Community Alarm/Telecare and Elmbridge Relief Carers Scheme) ·           Centres for the Community ·           Adult Safeguarding (Member Champion Role)
