The Executive Director of Housing & Regeneration approved recommendations on 10 July 2026. The council will add council housing electricity supplies to the corporate contract using LASER's "Purchase in Advance" model. This includes approving nPower as the supplier and procuring REGO certified electricity unless the premium exceeds 5%.
