The Cabinet decided to approve the reallocation of £7.3m from corporate underspends to Adult Social Care, Housing General Fund, Environment & Communities, and Education. They also approved reducing the in-year capital pipeline budget by £3m to fund transformation expenditure and to accept £22.537m from the Local Authority Housing Fund. The decision was made in September 2026.
