The Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care approved the procurement and direct award of a Mental Health Rehabilitation Step-Down service contract on 30/10/2026. The decision was to approve recommendations subject to call-in.

The Cabinet approved the acquisition of 47 social rented homes and a Deed of Variation to the Development Agreement for the Alma Estate Regeneration Project on 6 August 2026. These approvals support the delivery of the final phases of the regeneration programme and increase the Council's affordable housing provision.
