Cllr Rye, Cabinet Member - Planning and Regeneration, approved expenditure of £8,240,233.80 on 22/07/2026. The decision delegated authority to the Director of Transport Climate and Place to approve in-year changes and to procure and award contracts.

The Executive Director of Housing and Regeneration agreed to enter into a Deed of Variation and an Agreement for Sale on 06/08/2026. This will facilitate the acquisition of 47 social rented homes and the delivery of the final phases of the Alma Estate Regeneration Project.
