The Executive Director of Housing & Regeneration decided on 14th September 2026 to approve entry into a contract with HTA Architects and their subconsultant team. The contract is for planning, design, and technical services for the Florence Hayes redevelopment project. Commissions will be instructed on a staged basis, and the Council is not committed to instructing the full contract value.
