Purpose

To replace the current financial and procurement system with one consolidated Cloud based IT system.

Decision

Approval is sought to replace our existing Finance ICT systems with ‘Advanced Financials’, a cloud hosted product, from the supplier One Advanced, for a period of 3 years with two optional 12 month extensions.
