Purpose

The Community Infrastructure Regulations (as
amended 2019) require Councils to publish a statement including
information about CIL and Section 106 – income, expenditure
and infrastructure projects that may be funded.

RESOLVED
that:-
 
(1) the content of the Annual Infrastructure Statement
for 2022 – 2023 be agreed; and
(2) the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement be
published.
