Purpose

Devon County Council
are providing funding to support people affected by the cost of
living crisis. This report contains background to the scheme and
proposed policy for distribution of the funding.

adoption of the proposed Economic Vulnerability Fund scheme to
provide crisis support to low income residents through to the end
of March 2024.
