Purpose

To consider the report on the HRA Budget Monitoring.

Agreed:
 
RECOMMENDED that Council notes and
approves (where applicable):-
 
1)   
the supplementary budget of £300,000 as
detailed in paragraph 8.5 of the report;
2)   
the HRA financial position for 2022/23 financial
year;
3)   
the revision of the HRA Capital Programme to reflect
the reported variations detailed in Appendix 3 of the report;
and
4)   
the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund capital project as detailed
in paragraph 8.14 of the report.
