Agreed:
RESOLVED that subject to approval of funding by Full Council, Executive determined the future arrangements for managing the car park to reduce further anti-social behaviour:
(b)That management is carried out ‘in house’ by the Council through increased staffing, cleansing and graffiti removal. Additional income - £476,859, Borrowing Costs £195,000, Service costs - £250,000. Surplus £31,859.
Reason for Decision: As set out in the report and amended at the meeting.
