To consider the report on the Food Law and Health and Safety Enforcement Service Plan 2026-27

Agreed:

RESOLVED that the Executive support the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan 2026-27.

RECOMMENDED:

That Council approves:

a) the Food Law and Health and Safety Service Plan 2026/27; and

b) the Head of Environment and Waste be authorised to change the plan in the

light of national guidance and/or to meet operational needs.
