Purpose

The report details the options available to
progress with the remainder of the Laings construction project, now
that additional capital is available. The report also provides an
alternative option for the use of the capital.

RESOLVED
that the Executive agreed to prioritise and fund the
project to complete and deliver the remaining seven outstanding
properties in relation to the Laings scheme.
