Purpose

The Community Infrastructure Regulations (as
amended 2019) require Councils to publish a statement including
information about CIL and Section 106 – income, expenditure
and infrastructure projects that may be funded.

that the content of the Annual Infrastructure
Statement for 2023 – 2024 was noted by the Executive prior to
its publication.
