...to support the Council's aspirations and future capital programme, the Cabinet approved the disposal of 17 properties listed in Appendix 1 as surplus to the Council's requirements, delegating the method and terms of sale and acceptance of offers to the Head of Property, Assets and Major Projects and the Corporate Director (Finance), with consultation from the Leader of the Council and/or Portfolio Holder for Economic Growth where necessary.
