To sign and seal the two
agreements to allow construction work to begin on the BMX pump
track.

Reasons for the decision

·        
CCC has the funding, construction work starts
imminently
·        
All costs are CCC’s with
the exception of FDC carrying out BNG work adjacent to the
site as part of the planning application for this
track. 
·        
CCC resp. for maintenance during year 1 (by
contractor warranty)
·        
FDC then retains ongoing responsibility after that
point with the facility being on FDC land / FDC
property.
