To appoint the design team led
by Wilby Burnett to design tender and project manage the delivery
of 11/12 High Street Wisbech through to completion of RIBA Stage
6.
 
There is a braek at the end of
RIBA Stage 4 to allow Cabinet to review the tenders and projected
cost prior to development commitment.

Reasons for the decision

Attached confidential report.
The report comprises EXEMPT INFORMATION which is not for
publication by virtue of Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of
the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Alternative options considered

The project could have been
sent through a normal tender process however for reasons of
specific site knowledge and previous development work, including
the obtaining full planning consent on the site which will form the
basis of the new development, procurement of the original design
team was deemed appropriate.
