Board managed Plan for Neighbourhoods capacity funding.

Reasons for the decision

To authorise the decision taken
by the Town Board on how capacity funding should be
spent.
 
In its role as Accountable
Body, FDC will be releasing Plan for Neighbourhoods funds,
allocated to the Town Board.

Alternative options considered

Do Nothing – Not
appropriate as FDC is represented on the Town Board.
