To redevelop the leisure
centre, the removal of the existing rifle range, that forms the
front of the facility is necessary. That being the case the Rifle
Club will be served a Section 25 notice pertinent to their existing
lease meaning that the Club will need to vacate the premises to
allow the redevelopment to proceed.

Reasons for the decision

The redevelopment of the
facility requires the demolition of the existing rifle
range.
