To place an order to the value
of £18,348 with Alliance Leisure to pay additional fees for
the Planning Application for the Manor Redevelopment.
 
The total planning fees for the
Manor redevelopment are £34,220 as opposed to the
£15,872 previously advised due to a disregard for the council
discount to a DC.
 
The LPA will confirm the fees
when the padel info is submitted but should be correct based on
what is advised by the Validation Officer.

Reasons for the decision

Following submission of the
planning application the LPA Validation Officer advised that the
discount for Councils is not applicable to a DC, only Town or
Parish Council.  This order increases
the value of planning fees to those now advised by the
LPA.
