this property at the price set out in the attached report with
restriction on use for car parking or uses ancillary to the
adjoining village hall only.
Reasons for the decision
Attached reasons comprise
EXEMPT INFORMATION which is not for publication by virtue of
Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972 (as amended).
Alternative options considered
Do nothing, continue to receive
peppercorn rent for next 43 years rather than the proposed capital
receipt.
Sell site for development; this
is not possible as the Parish Council has a lease on the site which
does not expire until 2069.
