Purpose

To update members on the issues
surrounding the current and continued occupation of the car park at
Chapel Road, Wisbech following previous instructions given to
officers at a Cabinet meeting on 15 July 2024 (minute CAB10/24
refers) and subsequent negotiations with the National Trust and the
receipt of enhanced legal advice.
