Purpose

To share the
Public Services Ombudsman for Wales Annual Letter 2023-24 for
Flintshire County Council and an overview of complaints received by
each portfolio of the Council between 1 April 2024 - 30 September
2024.

Content

That
the Committee:

 

(a)       Notes the positive
annual performance of the Council in respect of complaints made to
the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales during 2023-24;

 

(b)       Notes the half year
performance of the Council (2024-25) in respect of complaints
received in line with the Council’s Concerns and Complaints
policy; and

 

(c)       Supports the
priorities outlined in paragraph 1.25.
