To update Council following the consideration
of an urgent item (Future options: leisure, libraries, and museum
services) at Cabinet on 30 May 2024 in accordance with the
Council’s constitution

(a)       That Council note
the reasons for the item Future options: leisure, libraries, and
museum services being classed as urgent when discussed at Cabinet
on 30 May 2024; and

 
(b)       That Council was
dissatisfied with the lack of post decision scrutiny.
